Hi,
That’s wonderful! Would you mind sharing what course you took and any other meditation resources you can share? Thank you!

Certainly, I’ve been using the headspace app. It starts as a 7 day trial or 30 depending on how you want to set it up. I was told by my doctor about it. It really works, and it’s really informative on how to do each exercise with a “coach” and is guiding you in each exercise. It’s really helped me with anxiety. It also has different sections on different things stress, anxiety, learning how to cope and manage each. It will give you different exercises each day with a sleep cast to listen to at bedtime.

I use the app "Calm" which is paid for by my HMO. It has many different ways to practice calming yourself down including meditations of different kinds. It also addresses sleep issues...falling asleep and getting back to sleep, as well as different kinds of pleasant sounds to do your own private meditating to such as rain on leaves, (which is my favorite,) sleep stories and even a brief stretching segment.
Anyone can start with a free trial then there is a free version to continue with as well as a premium version for $14.99 a month.
I love it and often have the sound of waves or the sound of a purring cat in the background as I read or do chores.
