I have Chemo-induced Peripheral Neuropathy. Although I have neuropathy everywhere, the progression up my legs has been happening. I was told that the neuropathy is progressive, there is no cure, just managing the symptoms. I take Cymbalta.

To cipnsue I have neuropathy caused from chemotherapy as well. I am not young so time and the healing factor is not on my side. Nerves can heal but it takes a long time and it depends how bad the neuropathy is. I am lucky in that I have no pain other than the burning and extreme numbness in my fingers. Are you in a lot of pain? Pain pills do not help with the numbness so I am slowly going off them in the daytime. Nighttime is different though and I remain on my pain medication for that. The worst pain was in my legs and if I go off my pills for that I fear it will return. I hope you will find what helps you the best in fighting this dreadful
illness. Wishing you all the best.
