Hi, @oakwoman. I looked online at similar pictures of what you have on your foot and it appears you may have shingles that was triggered by taking Nucala. This could explain the extreme nerve pain you are experiencing. You may benefit from taking medications used to treat Shingles. Nerve pain is the worst. Herpes zoster infection (shingles)
