Do I have Paget’s Disease?

I was diag last July 2022 with ductal and lobular. Surgery in August 2023, radiation in October, anastrozole since Nov 2023. Now I have pinkness in the same breast w tough dry skin and white aerola. Going to my last oncologist appt next week and I’m terrified that now I have Paget’s disease!

Hello @lynnokok welcome to connect. I would recommend that you see your doctor, however I would not recommend panicking. I had this same business after I had radiation. Radiation affect the breast down many layers of dermis to the tissues below that harbor the cancer. Some of these things don’t show up until later, I can’t really say why.
