Yes! Quality Calcium/Magnesium/ k2, ect, .. High dose vitamin D. Plus multivitamin for woman. A good natural pathic dr can help with this. I'm 66 & have been through cancer treatment's, surgeries. Most medical drs are not educated in vitamins, good diet ect. I was scolded for taking so much vitamin D over the yrs. After my lab work, I was told to keep taking my vitamins, and that it was unusual to not, have bone loss. My bone scans always, are good.

thank you for your sharing your protocol. What is the calcium supplement that you are taking?

Have you been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia? If so, have those numbers improved on your vitamin supplements?

How much vit d do you take
