Gabapentine works for me to a point but not totally. I started on it for a different Neuro issue when the neuropathy in my feet started . I had forgotten my meds a couple of times in a row and found out it made a big difference in my feet. I was on Gabapentin for 3 months before it started to work for. Y other issue. I think it needs to build up or something. I also spread out the pills over the day rather than just a morning and night time doses.I find that keeping the med at an even blood level helps.
