I am interested in information regarding Kevin Ellis's, Bone Coach team. Cost, your experience using the team, how often and how do keep in touch with them, do you or they initiate the contact? And recently there was a post from member who sited they had a PT session with Sherri Betz , their PT. I was curious if you could reach out to individual members to get information and how? I, for one, would like to ask a knowledgeable PT in the osteo world some specific exercise questions. Had a spine fracture last summer and been working out doing Margaret Martin's program , that was a good place to start and have progressed into the Athletic section, and feel I could do more , but now realized she doesn't recommend anything about the Active section of exercises if you've had a fracture. don't want to risk another fracture , but also feel like I'm not challenging my muscles and bones to their fullest extent to make BMD gains . Would love to hear feedback!!

Once I fractured, I no longer relied on anything other than Tymlos for bone density gains! My fractures definitely limit what I can do physically. I walk, and do tai chi, but Tymlos is what gave me a 20% gain in spine. Margaret Martin is wise in limiting us, I believe, but I understand the frustration!
