For me anyway, Amazon just upped their price from $10 plus dollars to 30 plus dollars for same amount of 3%.

Hi. Is it the 3% or the 7% that seems to be harder to get and/or more expensive these days? I have just been diagnosed recently (also have asthma) so am trying to start with the 3% and it burns my throat! So I haven't gotten far, yer.
Also, is it pretty standard recommendation to nebulize on an empty stomach?
