From what I have read and experienced, bloods are not typically for suspected uterine cancer. Blood tests can be useful for other cancers. By body scan, do you mean a PET scan? Again, this is not typically used in the U.S. for initial diagnosis of uterine cancer. An endometrial biopsy or a dilation and curettage (D & C) are more typically done for initial diagnosis.
