That was such a friendly response, @santosha I hope to be going on vacation from June 22 until July 11, but I will look into the diet on return. No use kidding myself about starting it now~!
I'm so pleased about the decrease you have accomplished...I'm sure I'd feel better~~I'd settle for fitting into a pair of old jeans.

Go into your holidays, relax and enjoy your time. Definitely, holidays are not the best time to start such a diet. After it, if you want some tips to make this diet an easy one, it will be a pleasure to share them.
