Repeat Kidney biopsy at clinic visit?

I’ve been a male patient for probably 30+ years. It used to be that you would meet with your “primary “doc and then they would set up your additional appointments over several days. That was a great system that unfortunately they had to change. I wouldn’t be surprised if they added tests but I also wouldn’t be surprised if they wanted you to come back at some point however, it’s a wonderful place. The Rochester facility can be a little daunting initially, because there are so many buildings, but they have pretty good signage You will have the most advanced care available today. It’s worth the trip. I wish you the very best.

Thanks! Good to here from someone who has had a good experience at the clinic over such a long period of time. Especially since even the health problems I’ve been dealing with I’ve only had for about 7 months so I’m kind of getting used to frequenting hospitals in general.

I know you mention how things used to be, from things I’ve heard it sounds like they still try to do that? Or is it just less so now?

I don’t mind going back up to Rochester eventually again it’s just that I work a full time job and while they are very accommodating so far all the PTO days I’ve taken this year so far have been for medical reasons. And any short term disability/health leave benefits my job has only gets triggered if it’s more than 2 weeks at a time but all my stuff has been spread out. So I’m hoping Telegraph follow ups will be an option for me
