I have read that biotin can affect lab results. It is recommended that you stop it a couple of days before blood tests are scheduled. I stopped it all together for a while, but now believe it is safe as long as I remember to forego it before blood tests. I need all the help I can get!

Thank you! This is very helpful. Will search further as well as this study is 5 years old but it’s very easy to abstain for 48 hours so I will going forward. Much appreciated!
