Yes. I think it was super beneficial. My best advice is the hardest part is sticking to the program after the program ends- when they say this it’s so true so stick with the routines you make as soon as you get done with the clinic and keep the routines!

Where is your CRPS? My is in my foot, so I am a little nervous about the physical conditioning part. Plus I have Thoracic Outlet syndrome in my back which triggers a huge amount of pain when I attempt to do things with my upper body. Do they take into account your specific challenges when they design a physical conditioning program for you or is it one size fits all?
