I have a kidney transplant
5 years ago and already talked to my kidney doctor and he told me I will think about taking prednisone. Prednisone is for inflamación and I am taking pills for inflamación already I means blood pressure med.

Yea I thing my weight is less than before 116 and was before 120 when I started to take medicine for diabetes 2.

Ian not tired so much and sleepy. I can do so much in my house . The prednisone makes me sit down and do nothing .

@betty2020 congratulations on your kidney transplant. What immune suppression med are you taking? I had a pancreas transplant and take Tacrolimus. That was almost 18 years ago and I have adjusted to. Ask your Dr. If there is something besides prednisone for your inflammation. It can be very bad for blood sugar. I don’t think blood pressure meds affect inflammation or blood sugar. Could you ask your Dr. About that as well?
