@fala

Of course, everyone is different! I have to start with that. I am going to try to talk about our similarities. I've had foot pain since my forties.
I thought to myself, " I have to work". .. my job was in "outside sales" with a bunch of guys wearing the comfortable big flat shoes. I had lots of foot pain playing "catch up", my two steps to their one. I did the best I could with it.... including no shoes with more than 1&1/2 inch heel. That was when I was in my 40's.
I am now 88. In 2016 I complained to a Dr. about other much worse pain. I have severe Idiopathic PN. He gave me the name of another doctor.
That Doctor diagnosed me, and gave me a script for Cannibus. Wow!! That has worked for me!!
It changed my life.
Absolutely NO HIGH feeling, (and NO heels,) but...
it takes about half the horrible nerve pain away! I tried for a long while to find the correct strength of CBD medication & I take it orally!
No smoking, no vaping for me!
This is not a recreational medication, just a pain killer. It helps, it works for me, the pain is LESS!
Best of luck, I hope you find what is right for YOU for pain relief.

What dose of marijuana are you on?

I too have had good luck with CBD, mainly the balm that I rub into my feet. I also do gummies to help fall asleep. I am in California and have not trouble but it is pricey.
