Hi, Kathy. One of the products which I have learned to appreciate is a homeopathic one, recommended by my chiropractor -- Topricin's Fibro Cream. Its active ingredients basically are arnica and echinacea. I use it here and there and it seems to soothe. (Find it on Amazon.) It's a thought.

@elizm Thanks for the suggestion f the Topricin Fibro cream. I ordered it from Walmart online after taking a bad fall on a walk/hike a couple of days ago. Due to the AIs, my joints are stiff and painful and I think that's why my ankle went out on me. I was able to finish getting around the lake but have been in a lot of pain due to scraping up right arm, left leg, sprained the left wrist and pulled the left shoulder. Got the Topricin today and put it on my wrist and shoulder...most of the pain in my wrist is gone and my shoulder is feeling better. I'm going to put some on my hands before bed to see if that will help them as well. Thanks for letting us know about this product!
