As Colleen said there are many links and apps available. I do not know them because I’m not very techy. @kamama94 suggested getting information on Somogyi and the Dawn Effect. I have had both of those. You can get information from your provider & treatment recommendations on 6/27 if needed. It is good you have that appointment coming up. Ask about a referral to a nutritionist that specializes in diabetes. There are so many plans that can be customized to your needs. I’ve been diabetic for nearly 50 years. I’ve had blood sugars from 20 - the 500’s and A1Cs in the double digits. It is rough. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Will you post updates and what you find out after your appointment?
