Well remoresfully glad it's not just me.
Feel like I have been feeding a tapeworm since ADT began.
Read somewhere that you need to cut out about 4500 calories (up from 3500) to lose 1 lb.
And there is no sign that is happening.
I have maintained my walking and modest light upper body lifting, and clearly am losing the battle.
How much willpower can one maintain?

My Oncologist tells me that the hormone therapy slows down the metabolism causing the weight gain.
I don’t see any results from my current regime of diet, and exercise. I will be asking my Oncologist today if it’s worthwhile to continue trying, or just give up.
