I have diabetes 2 due to inmune suppress medicine . I do not take medicine or insulin.u take care myself with my food that I eat
Last meal st night 7 pm
No sugar
No carbs
If I eat any restaurant food my glucose goes up and my blood pressure too .
I cook everyday salads protein in a small quantity.

Thanks for your suggestion! My fasting glucose was 335 and A1C 12.5 on May 9 for the first time ever. I was all normal last May 2022 so I had no choice but to be put on Metformin on May 23. I’ve been off all sweets, no potatoes, rice and pasta since May 9th. I count all my carbs. I changed my Weight Watchers app to Diabetic. My 2 hr after a meal bloods have come down to 150-189 in 12 days. I just can’t seem to find the right combo to keep from spiking overnight.
