I deep wet Belch over 1000-2000 x a day and night for 8 yrs .
My gut never stopes churning and my bleaching is huge and tastes like sewer water or gastric lining .
I’ve been diagnosed having Gastritis , GERD , Esophagitis, Small hiatal hernia, diverticulosis, etc ..
Had over 20 tests in 8-9 yrs , 6 Gastro Drs .

Tried everything holistic, RX , you name it . It’s ruined my life for almost a decade . Not a days break .
I feel so terrible for you .
I’m having an MRI of abdomen on Wed .
No Dr. Has been able to explain why and truly how to fix . I’ve even done full elimination diets . Eat healthy, no caffeine, low dairy , low sugar . Etc …
Whether I’m digesting food or empty gut it’s just as bad .
Try to find a really good GI , Dr …
I’m still searching …
Waiting on next one in Oct .

I really feel for you .
I dont have some of your symptoms, what a journey you have been on , very debilitating. I have tried so many things also, and the diarrhoea comes out of nowhere with hardly any warning so hard if you need to travel.
I’m going to continue with the breathing exercises re-the brain guts link and stimulating the Vegas nerve. I’ve had almost every test tried almost every supplement and the search continues. I have found a few items that do help a little but then it just comes back out of nowhere. Bloating is terrible also. I wish you well and hope they find something to help you from your MRI. I am in Australia .
