I just got back from NJH, they told me you have to Live and Enjoy your Life so an occassional ANYTHING is fine. The goal is to be Comfortable not Miserable and Living by that Moto makes life easier.

Thanks! I actually gave them up because they started to make me feel sick to my stomach a couple of years ago.

Giving up a good cup of coffee in the morning was harder than giving up alcohol, carbonated drinks, etc but I don’t think about it most days now and I feel better for it (I’m not into suffering either).
