Welcome @nonnajanet4, great idea to change your Weight Watchers app to the diabetic setting. I admire you for counting calories. I find that challenging to do. Weight Watchers has a long history of helping people change their eating habits.

Are the dietary recommendations very different of the diabetic setting? How are you doing with the adjustments?

Thanks for the link! The WW Diabetic setting makes you count fruits and starchy vegetables. Plus other foods that were zero points due to higher carb content. I do get 7 extra daily points. What is also helpful is each food and portion will give you the nutritional value right there so you know exactly what the values are. I’m doing well so far since May 9th when I was diagnosed but still having a problem with the morning fasting bloods. Seeing the Endocrinologist Diabetic NP for the first time on June 27th. Going to pick her brain.
