@kirstenheld your hips are not osteoporotic, which is great because the bone builders mainly address spine (Tymlos improved my spine 20% and hip 9%). Your spine at -2.9 isn't terrible either. You can have a lot of hope of getting your bone density out of osteoporosis or at least lessening chance of fracture.

Humans didn't live this long in the past and we naturally lose bone density as we age. I wonder if your meds are the culprit at all and hope you can stay on them! Good luck and maybe you can let us know your plan once you have it in August!
