Hope it works for you...I am though strong believer that Overall Lifestyle that ensures wholesome nutrition, physical exertion (on my way back from grocery shopping reaching my building I continued walking six more floors with 10 lb potato bag in one hand and four lbs in another, and began panting for the last three floors. Why? To get some challenge to my 8 decade old body that has been in 'working condition' without and meds and tests and surgeries. Had a brief anxiety attack some ten years ago (for valid reasons IMO) and did not have to use med but asked for it in case I get it again. But doc had explained How I might get thru it: CBT. It worked. I think nature is charitable--especially when WE take care of our body's needs for play, human connection, intellectual/brain stimulating activities, and restful sleep. Mayo actually has a short aricle about seven ways to keep in good condition.
Cheers!
I have read that one cup of fresh or frozen blueberries a day also really help the health of your liver. I am concerned about my liver because I take 3,000mg of tylenol a day for my muscle and joint pain. I got this information from a Dr. Gregor who has a plant based diet web site.
Good luck all
so glad that we can share advice !
I love blueberries too and knew they were good for you but didn't realize how good they are for you. Heading to the market now! 🙃
