Hi I might also mention that the Scottsdale campus is not walking distance to fountain Hills. But there is also a Hotel at the Main Campus that's a Mariott and the Mayo shuttle runs between the 2 Campuses. I live in southern Arizona and have often stayed up near the Hospital but never knew there was a hotel near the Scottsdale campus which is not a 24 hour campus. Its mainly for testing day surgery & office visits for certain specialties. So it seems that hotel must be fairly new I don't remember seeing it the last time i was there. which has been in the last 2 years. But I do see it on the map, and it looks like about a quarter of a mile walk to the Scottsdale campus. Not sure if shuttle service is available to the Hotel but maybe the Hotel might have something. Ill be interested in you thoughts about it as I may also use it next time I stay up there.
The Marriot at the Main Hospital is a bit expensive and usually when I stay up there, I have a car so we stay in a couple of hotels about 2 miles from the main campus. Most of my appointments are at the main Hospital or the other buildings near the Hospital. There are 3 buildings at the Main Campus in Phoenix.
