Thanks for the info/ I will be 82 this year-I wear compression sock’s especially when standing for longer periods and walking which I used to love - extremely frustrating and slow

@oma07 I really think that 'frustration' is a subject that needs more attention. It is impossible not to get frustrated with a long-term illness, and yet we need to keep as positive as possible...for ourselves. Sometimes I figure it is OK to 'sit in the frustration'...give yourself permission to feel that. But we can't linger, can we? So we get up like you do, and we do it a bit slower. Wonderful attitude!!💞
