I need clarification on NAC.
I read about it in this group about a year ago and have been taking it daily every since..
The label states for hair and nails.. am I taking the wrong supplement for thinning mucus?
I also take 1200 mg of Mucinex 2 times a day
Will someone please spell THE NAME of NAC ?
