I am experiencing the same issues. Slight burn and tightness in the chest and slight sore throat. I’ve gone down to 3 % and will try being a little more gentle with cough and huff and breathing. I also think I need to drink more water!! Thank you all for the tips and encouragement

Where are you getting 3%? I can't seem to find it from any of our pharmacies.

I wrote the original post and found that drinking water before nebbing really helped. I was told that one needed to neb on a totally empty stomach including water. That does not work for me. I need water to bring up the little bit of stringy white stuff that I produce.
