My doctor has the script stating take as needed. I only take as needed. Haven’t had a panic attack in years, so now just need to take for sleep when needed. I understand there are doctors that say take 3 times a day. I always research my medications before I pick up my first script. I knew taking this that taking it the way I take it would not cause problems. I never increase the dosage and it always works as hood as 1991.
