Day2 of recovery has been trying. Bloating, breathing issues and pain are the order of the day. Pain got worse as day wore on…this was expected as I had a spinal injection of Morphene that was set to last 24 hours. Weird dreams, shortness of breath and pain filled the night. Going to drop all pain meds today…..hope for a BM!

Your body needs time to heal. I've been through this surgery myself. You will likely have good days and bad days but even on the bad days, your body is busy at work with it's healing process. Please take the pain meds if you need them. It's best not to let the pain get out of control, then it's harder to manage. You are in my thoughts. You can do this! 🙂
