I think it’s a fact that all osteoporosis medicines mess with wound healing , my fiend who is a dentist told me that. Thus
if you never have a wound or broken bone it’s fine, but how do we know when we will have a wound or broken bone or dental issue.

I have not read myself anywhere that osteoporosis meds mess with ANY wound healing. What I have read is the "small" risk for jaw bone "death" (osteonecrosis) following major dental issues, and have heard from my dentist it can happen even without major dental work. All this is specific for the jaw bone. For me this is a major concern and what I believe may be underreported.
