I am 3 mths post double knee replacement. Hubby and I just did a 4 hr road trip (1 way) to go visit family in another city. It went well. Just stopped for a bit of a stretch and bathroom break at the halfway mark. Make sure you have a good seat cushion on your seat and perhaps a small block cushion for your foot on the floor, do light stretches or massage your quad muscles while sitting so that they don't get too tight, and you should be good. It was my first big outing since Feb, and it felt so good to go somewhere. Enjoy and good luck.
