Weakness, dizziness, balance.

I thought this was discussing weakness, dizziness, and balance, not vaccinations. I had all my vaccines and still got CoVid May 1, 2022. Yes, part of me would like to see the alternate multiverse where I didn't get the vaccines and compare how CoVid affected me, but that is not possible. I didn't have to be hospitalized, which is why my infection was deemed mild, but the first 3 months I was so sick I could hardly move. I crawled to the bathroom. Tested my kids when I needed tea, water, or broth. I couldn't drive. And while I can now walk short distances, I have many long CoVid issues, including weakness, dizziness, and balance. Post Exertional Malaise is my most prominent issue. I finally got to be seen at the Long CoVid Clinic near me. The doctor has me wearing compression socks and drinking 64 oz. if sugar-free electrolytes a day. But my dizziness (I think lightheadedness is more accurate) is worse, And my nausea too, They seem to go hand in hand. I sit up slowly, get up slowly, walk slowly, and still find myself bumping into the wall I stay close to to help keep my balance.. Any ideas to help would be appreciated.

Try Active. You will have to get it from your doctor.

It is helping me with the dizziness.

Good luck

I’d suggest vestibular Physical Therapy to at least test to see if you have benign positional vertigo.
