Husband, 71, given one year at best...
He went through hormone therapy, chemo, radiation and Enzalutamide and now there's a small chance of temporary improvement with new chemo and radiation. God helps us all🙏🙏🙏

Orgovyx drops the testosterone immediately where others don’t. Prostate Cancer grows on testosterone, so if you starve it, it can’t grow. I just finished my second month on Orgovyx and my PSA is undetectable and my testosterone is below 10. Besides ED I don’t have any noticeable side effects.
Help me understand pls
I am on Zolodex 3 month injections to stop testosterones
Since Jan med oncologist put me on Xtandi or Enzalutamide 4 pills a day to block any testosterone from getting to met P cancer in my spine bones
Xgeve takes calcium from blood and pushes it int bones Hence I take calcium 1200mg daily
So where or what would Orgovyx replace and why?
Can it be added?
I don’t know where you are getting care but If you are interested in another physician reviewing your husbands records I would suggest consulting Dr Mark Scholz at Prostate Oncology Specialists in LA. He has focused only on prostate oncology for 25 years. He is also affiliated with PCRI.org and his and other docs interviews can be found on YouTube.
Melcanada:
Orgovyx (relugolix) is an ADT antagonist med that I am taking (together with IMRT radiation) for BCR following prostatectomy.
Other men are prescribed Eligard or Lupron.
Hope this is helpful.
God bless you.
Why is it better than Xtandi
Melcanada:
It is just another ADT med option.
I do not know how it would fit into your picture.
Best to you.
