I have PN that moved up from feet to give me some sensory issues in hands and knees. Not total numbness but a reduced sense of touch. I have since changed my diet - no sugar or alcohol - and I am sleeping more and I think it is getting better.

My oldest son and myself have PN...he sent me something that helps a lot. ULTIMATE OMEGA XL...1280...it does take the pain down from both knees when I get an attack. NO SUGAR and NO ALCOHOL is right, but whatever is in this stuff greases up the knees and they don't hurt so very much.
I dont know if this would help. It does somewhat for me and it is 28 years this month with the neuropathy...GOD BLESS..M.
