Thyroglobulin rising after thyroidectomy

I have my body scan tomorrow. Took the radioactive pill yesterday. I’m just in a panic today. My thyroidectomy was last February. An angioinvasion was found in the tumor with five blood vessels. Cells were found in the vessels. Since then, my thyroglobulin levels have steadily been increasing. If the thyroid is gone, the cells have to be somewhere and I’m terrified. Has anyone gone through this?
