That's a good question. I got my "big" Pari Vios Green compressor through Medicare, but I am on my own to buy nebulizer cups and tubing. It's not too expensive though. As for the airway clearance device, Medicare has covered both the Acapela and Aerobika for me – depending on what the respiratory therapist had on hand.
I travel a lot, so as part of our travel budget, I chose to buy a smaller nebulizer for on the road, one that runs on batteries, electric, or a car plug.
