Sorry Tracy, I did not see that you asked what you should do.

I would recommended you obtain the pathology report. See what was found. Then, based on it and consulting with your doctor see if you need to change your screening frequency.

If you don’t already see a breast surgeon, you should consider having a consult with one. Bring your imaging and path report. A breast surgeon can direct you the best on your findings.

Do you have a local breast center near by with breast surgeons?

Hi Denise thanks for responding! My biopsy was two weeks ago and I got my results that Friday. I don’t have a breast doctor- the lumps started with a lesion and grew really fast! In a little over a month I was having a lot of pain enough to keep me awake at night! I never had breast pain associated with my menstral cycle-I’m 53 and haven’t had a period in 5 years. I am going to get my pathology report from the hospital! Thanks so much let’s keep in touch!
