Jean, is the ciprofloxacin working for you? Was the infection limited to the nasal passages or also found in your lungs?

I took 42 days of cipro, 500 mg, 2xday. I just finished it last week. I have also been on a prescription sinus rinse and will continue it for 2 more months. My doctor also found the infection in my upper back molar. Rather than have a root canal which gets rid of infection 95% of the time, I opted to have the tooth extracted which is a 100% rate. I did have Covid in July, 2022, but had had sinus problems before that. I am hoping the cipro has worked!
