@roosterry, Hmmmm, when I was in PT for my knees and balance, my therapist commented about my high arches. I wonder if I should look for an arch insert. It is something else to consider. Maybe we will receive other useful thoughts about our burning feet. Best wishes, @joybringer1

Thanks so much for your suggestion...I have tried arch supports to no avail, and I personally do not think the terrible pain in soles of feet is connected to pn as the pregabalin seems to take care of that pain. The only difference lately is that my legs right up to my knees feel like wood, heavy, kind of numb, and makes my balance even worse, as sometimes wonder where the hell my legs are due to this "wooden" feeling. Someonese suggested seeing a good podiatrist so am trying to book an appt now....When it gets this bad and stops me walking, I am ready for anything, and have also booked an accupuncture appt. Why not, willing to try almost anything !! Thanks again, hi to all fellow foot pain sufferers, Terry
