I'm 15 & haven't grown in 5 months. Am I done growing? I'm a male and I just turned 15 yesterday. I am 5'7. My dad is 6'0. My mom is 5'4. My brother is 5'11. I exercise frequently, eat fairly well, and I get decent sleep. I have not grown AT ALL (not even a millimeter) in 5 months. I am very worried that I'm done growing. Although I am ever so slightly higher than the WHO average height (50th percentile) for 15.0 year olds, the fact that I haven't grown in 5 months concerns me.

Hello @craigbonoclento and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. This sounds like a concern for you so I will start by saying that everyone grows at slightly different timing. While the average age that boys stop growing is 16, I can tell you that in my own family, there have been multiple males who have grown through age 18. My own son grew significantly throughout age 15 and is still growing, albeit at a slower pace while 16.

Also, you will notice I have moved your post into an existing discussion on this topic which you can find here:
