I’m glad he has good doctors at Mayo Jax. I’m scheduled to see Dr Michele Lewis on Wednesday. I’m encouraged to hear that the GI team there is top notch. Although I had an endoscopic ultrasound and my current doctor confirmed the dilation but found no tumor I still want a second opinion. They were in and out of the procedure in 15 min and took biopsies of normal stomach, esophagus and duodenum. Electing not to do a biopsy of the pancreas due to possible complications that an FNA could cause. However, this is not an area I want to wait and see on. Especially since no follow up for one year as suggested.
