Hi @jnwcrew. If i may kindly suggest from my own similar experience and so many others posting their journeys with side effects to anything taken or no improvement, have found breathing exercises and meditation have helped considerably when done as soon as any symptom starting or worsening. Also lots of hot water with whatever benefits you, like green tea or kombucha, throughout day. True stick to it pacing extremely helpful but know life doesnt always allow it.
Kindness for yourself with patience and time will show improvement🌈
