It’s called an Acupressure Mat. The brand I have is “ Bed of Nails.” ….yeah I know!! LOL! Its a rather rough, prickly massage that gets some relief for me. Amazon has many kinds of mats so be sure and read all the info from manufacturers and users. Hope that helps.
