I don't experience any side effects from HRT. I'm on the lowest dose, .025 transdermal. Maybe the soreness is from the OsteoStrong exercises?
(and by the way...I always freak whenever I have some back discomfort but fortunately, it comes and goes along with my freak out)

You’re probably right. Also, I’m using weight at home so it’s probably muscular. I just picture my spine crumbling. Especially after talking to my endocrinologist who wanted me to take Evenity. They really scare you!
