Cold feet: Baby aspirin is helping with circulation
I saw the podiatrist for my cold feet which are warm to the touch, yet feel extremely cold and painful. He didn't know why unless the small veins are getting smaller and this results in circulation problem. He said there was a drug that would cause the blood to be able to get thru the small veins, but as a podiatrist, he wasn't comfortable presribing it. So, I left with no answer. I thought about going to a vein doctor or my regular Dr. However, I had an appt with my skin Dr a few days later and I mentioned this to him. He suggested I try a baby aspirin saying this acts as a blood thinner and this may help the small veins circulation. Thankfully, it has. My feet are much better after only a week.

Oh glad you found something to help; baby aspirin i have read has its pros and cons so maybe double check with your family doctor/vascular doctor? Wish I could take aspirin but with bladder issue, it causes urine in blood. I too have painful feet esp. when go to bed so even wear light sox even in summer. J.
I’m glad you have found relief for your feet. I also have cold feet even though they are not cold. I do have idiopathic neuropathy.
I’m already taking a small dose of aspirin for my heart, but it hasn’t helped my feet at all.
Hi,
As much as this site helps us, we do not always read or remember all the responses of others that might just HELP US!
I have idiopathic neuropathy. It was diagnosed in 2016. Trial and error is pretty much the name of this game. I finally found a couple of products that reduce the pain1 Let me repeat mentioning socks that have really made my foot pain bearable. They are socks called "SootheSocks". ( I have 5 pair). You can buy them on line, and recently the price has gone down. I use them EVERY day along with a medium weight sock. It decreases the pain for real!! ( for me). I never wear them while sleeping. My feet feel cold, but they are actually warm. I try to get in bed quickly after I remove this miracle sock, I apply THC ointment, and it does the best job of anything else so far. (AGAIN...for ME.) it makes a huge difference in pain level
when I go to bed! if I can go to sleep in about an hour after applying the product, it works best! ! I am NOT a good sleeper, so there are exceptions to everything.
In addition, I am on CBD daily! (We have a dispensary in PA) I have a "card" for this product. I use THC topically, , but no way can I take it orally! That's another story...
Best of luck, lets keep sharing!! I feel this site is so very helpful!!
You are so right about reading everything and remembering. I will definitely check into the SootheSooks. We can’t get CBD down here, without a prescription, and my doctor will not prescribe, so that is out. Thank you for your help.
