Please do your homework on Osteostrong, there have been reports of some fracturing as a result. I prefer to go the route recommended by Margaret Martin PT , well respected in the Osteo world, using weights that after 10 repetitions you have reached your max.
I don't experience any side effects from HRT. I'm on the lowest dose, .025 transdermal. Maybe the soreness is from the OsteoStrong exercises?
(and by the way...I always freak whenever I have some back discomfort but fortunately, it comes and goes along with my freak out)
