Please talk to your primary care doctor about vitamin B injections. It's helped me quite a bit.
My pain would sometimes feel like a severe muscle cramp deep inside the bone and would last for hours. Vitamin B hasn't made the the pain away, only more tolerable. Vitamin B helps heal damaged muscles and nerves. Each injection helps me from one to three weeks with no side effects. Hope it also helps you.

Thanks Tony, never thought of Vitamin B injections. I'll check with my pain specialist about it. Appreciate your comments very much.

Hi. Are you talking about B12 injections? There are several B vitamins. I was told by my neurologist to avoid B6. Your symptoms sound exactly like mine. Thank you!
