@cls1 - I take 2 - 650 mg Tylenol arthritis, one at 7AM and one 5PM and one Advil 500 mg at 10AM and a second one at 8PM. Been doing this for 4 years and I'm holding OK on this regiment. As my cortisone shots wear off after 8 weeks, the last 4 weeks I add 1 extra Advil at about 3PM. Took me a while to find the right combination and when.
