I learned that I needed to replace the riboflavin while I had csf leak. Also learned that "riboflavin " form of b2 wasn't doing much, I needed the other salt form, riboflavin-5-phosphate sodium

that's interesting about the B2. how did you learn about it? do you have any literature I can forward to my doctor?
